"Newly discovered?"

This photograph appears almost identical to a61cd2 and a61cd3. It is distinguished by the following characteristics:

  • The US flag drapes from the flagpole differently.
  • The scaffolding tower that emerges from atop the partially finished dome has a discernable space between its bottom floor and the top rim of the dome.
  • The people in the foreground are arrayed differently.
